My battery was installed by Shark Solar and after running for some time it had a minor software issuse with the readings. i just wanted to let you know that grace the customer Support executive from Shark Solar has been been so i just wanted to let you know that grace the Customer Support Excutive from Shark has been been so wonderful to help me out from the beginining, she was all the way helping me out whichevev way possible to solve the problem. Grace would arrange and connect me with the Technical Support Team where they will go through with all the issues that the battery software was experiencing and will explain to me what going to happen in the next step. Grace would call me and explain to me what was going on and will happen in the couple of days. Grace was with me throughout the whole course of maintenance until the software was fixed. I had contacted Shark Solar after seeing their Instagram ad. Worked with Peter to obtain the quote. They provided a very competitive quote - comparing with other Solar providers' quote, found Shark Solar's very comprehensive and with second/ top tier components. Due to various other commitment, we couldn't go ahead with the installation immediate but Peter was patient - which these days hard to find from sale teams. Finally installation was carried out. A system with battery was installed within 5/6 hours which I found was very effective. The electrician however was in a hurry as he had a doctor's appt. As a result he couldn't test if the system was correctly configured or not. Unfortunately the configuration wasn't correct, as a result battery didn't discharge. Solar battery is still a new technology and it is important that the electrician perform a thorough job and I found that this was let down. But Peter, Bre and Jason came to my assistance. With the assistance of the manufacturer's support the issue was resolved quickly. Overall I'm happy with the experience and I have ordered a second system for my rental property.

Peter guided me through the whole process, arranged the government subsidy and Power SA paperwork, I shopped around and he beat all the other quotes , Tradesmen turned up on time and installed the system in a professional manner making sure the system was working and cleaned up after themselves, I now have enough power at my property to achieve zero electricity bills. I have 18 panels from a prior installation and were being blocked by my neighbours enormous palm tree. Peter came up with a solution that involved installing a new set of panels on the other side of the roof and assured me that the angle of the roof would not interfere with the charging of the battery and it does not, the ability to monitor the system on my phone thanks to the help of Bree ensures I can see the system not only working, but how much power remains in the battery to make decisions on what to do, and when. These two people are brilliant at what they do, and if you don’t have solar, I don’t know what’s wrong with you!
